2012 IHM FATHER’S BASKETBALL Registration Form (11/21/11)

Application must be returned with check as soon as possible.

  • First eighty applications I receive are in.
  • After 80 players a waiting list will be started.
  • Preference given to Fathers & Past League Members.

     Welcome to the 19th Annual Fathers' Basketball League at IHM. We are a league built on sportsmanship and love of the game.  We have had great success and have grown from four to ten teams. We ask that if you do not agree with our principles then please go join another league.  Please read the rules.  Swearing is reason enough for a technical.  Have consideration for the fans. It only takes one incident to jeopardize the whole league. Fighting will not be tolerated. Remember it is the last game that counts!!!!!!!   Let's have a good season and good luck to everyone.  I always have a waiting list so if you do not agree with our philosophy you can go join another league now and your money will be gladly refunded.

NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE IN THE GYM UNLESS SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT WHO IS NOT PLAYING.  NO ONE IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE GYM AREA DURING THE GAMES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
